Preordered items will ship by the date specified in the product listing, not the time estimates at checkout. If anything changes with the fulfilment date, I will try my best to keep everyone updated!

💌 Letter mail Delivery Estimates 

Due to the nature of letter mail I cannot give entirely accurate delivery estimates. For Canadian customers you can expect your order within approx. 7 business days considering there are no delays! 

📦 Tracked Parcel Delivery Estimates

Customs and Duties are to be paid by the customer when applicable

Returns and Refunds 

❗I am currently unable to accommodate returns 

Refunds will not be available on a regular basis but rather case to case. Please contact me immediately regarding missing and or/damaged items upon arrival. If your order is returned to me, I can offer a refund for the order's items not including the shipping fees!

🥬 Why do you no longer make your stickers at home?

In order to get cool stickers to everyone in a timely manner, I have switched from hand making all of my stickers to outsourcing them from Canadian suppliers. This allows more time for order fulfilment and product design! 

🥬 Are you available for commission?

Yes! Just click on the commission tab in the navigation menu to fill out the form and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

🥬 I think my order is lost, what should I do?

Feel free to reach out to me through email! Although I am not liable for lost mail once in the hands of Canada Post, I'll try my best to guide you on next steps and see what I can do to help.

🥬 Do you offer discounts or sales on your products?

Occasionally I will hold sales, yes! I also offer discounted prices for B-grade products. If you become a member of my Patreon, you will also receive a discount code for 10% off the entire collection!
